I heard that you use AI Augmented Coaching - what is that and do I have to use AI?
We enhance human coaching with AI Coaching Assistant support. Our assistant, Protégée, was developed specifically to work under Ruth Pearce’s supervision as a coaching companion, not a replacement.
Protégée helps you maintain momentum between live sessions—whether group or 1:1—by offering reflections, prompts, and continuity in your learning journey. Notes are exchanged securely between Ruth and Protégée to ensure a seamless experience, and confidentiality is always paramount. Nothing is shared without your permission.
Using Protégée is entirely optional. You don’t need to know anything about AI to benefit from it—it’s simply a tool designed to enhance your coaching experience, not replace it. You can coach with Ruth without using Protégée, but Protégée is only available to active coaching clients.
