My Story.

In 2015, I hit my own wall.
Despite years of leadership and coaching experience, I found myself disengaged and dangerously close to burnout. That journey led me to create the FOCUS™ Coaching Model — a simple but powerful framework that helps leaders reconnect to what matters most and rebuild from a place of strength, clarity, and purpose.

Now, I help leaders and teams do the same — to rise higher without burning out.
