About Ruth & Human Coaching

In 2015, I hit my own wall.

Despite years of leadership and coaching experience, I found myself disengaged and dangerously close to burnout — an experience that now shapes my leadership coaching and burnout recovery work with clients.
That journey led me to create the FOCUS™ Leadership Coaching Model — a simple but powerful framework that helps leaders reconnect to what matters most and rebuild from a place of strength, clarity, and purpose.

Now, through my FOCUS™ Coaching Model I help leaders and teams do the same — to rise higher without burning out.

Protégée is built with safety protocols and is trained to coach, not advise.

It is only available to people who are currently or have previously been engaged in regular coaching with Ruth.

It is built by TechBridge Unlimited on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

It works alongside, not instead of, human coaching.

Protégée is awake when you are! 

Maybe you want to update your plan, revisit a commitment, rethink your timeline, or simply reflect on a tough day.

With Protégée, you can have a coaching-style conversation at any time. And when you need more, it will nudge you back toward a live (human) coaching session.

Our human coaching sessions are unscripted and often lead to surprising directions. As the session “settles” afterward, you process your discoveries and decide what to do next.
