The Role
Speaker Agent (contract)
We’re seeking a Speaker Agent to represent our speaking work locally in North Carolina and online. You’ll find and negotiate speaking opportunities, build relationships with event organizers, and support logistics. This is a commission-only role with high flexibility and impact.
What You'll Do
Secure Speaking Opportunities
- Source and secure speaking opportunities (primarily North Carolina + online).
2. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
3. Build and manage relationships with event organizers.
4. Coordinate event details to ensure smooth delivery.
Compensation
Commission Only
40% commission: when you source and book an engagement.
20% commission: when we source the lead and you handle negotiation/booking.

What if the student and teacher’s personalities don’t work well together or the student is dissatisfied?
We have 16 teachers so if a problem occurs – which is extremely rare – we can switch you over to one of the other teachers. If you think you may get more out of lessons from a teacher with a different teaching style, we have the flexibility to change you to another instructor.
