Non-Disclosure Agreement

• 1. Purpose: The Coach agrees to participate in a focus group and product testing program for AI-assisted and voice-enabled coaching tools.
  During participation, the Coach may receive access to confidential information, including designs, concepts, materials, or recordings ('Confidential Information').
  
  
• 2. Obligations of Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to use Confidential Information only for evaluation and feedback, not to disclose or distribute it, and to protect it with reasonable care.
  
  
• 3. Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include data that is public, lawfully received from another source, or independently developed by the Coach
  
  
• 4. Term: This Agreement is effective upon signing and remains in effect for two (2) years after completion of the focus group
  
  
• 5. Return or Destruction: Upon request, the Coach will return or securely destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.
  
  
• 6. No License or Employment: This Agreement does not grant intellectual property rights or create an employment or partnership relationship.
  
  
• 7. Acknowledgement: By signing, the Coach confirms understanding of and agreement to these terms.
